Rolls Royce Merlin Engine

The 27 litre V-12 Rolls-Royce Merlin was one of the most successful aero engines of the WWII era.  It was used to power the Spitfire, Hurricane, Lancaster and the de Havilland Mosquito.  This example is on display at the de Havilland Aircraft Heritage Centre.
